- What happens when I hit the Free limits?
- Nothing breaks. You just can't add a 4th member or a 2nd space until you upgrade. Your existing bookings and data stay exactly as they are.
- Is it per space or per account?
- Per account. The Studio plan covers up to 3 spaces and 10 members in each, on one subscription billed to the owner.
- Can I cancel or downgrade?
- Anytime. Downgrading keeps all your data; you just won't be able to exceed Free limits (1 space, 3 members, 1 resource) until you're back under them.
- Do members pay?
- No. Only the space owner pays. Members you invite always join free.
- What about AI agents, import, subscriptions, and insights on Free?
- Those are Studio features. On Free you can see where they live, but creating agent tokens, adding multiple resources, checking out equipment, importing calendars, subscribing your studio calendar to Google / Apple / Outlook, and viewing owner insights (utilization & trends) require the Studio plan.
